Has my order been dispatched yet?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-5 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.

Returns

1. Clear Eligibility Criteria:

"We stand behind the effectiveness of our product. If, after consistently taking NowBU Supplement  as directed for 90 days, you do not experience any noticeable improvements in your menopause symptoms, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify, please ensure you have followed the recommended dosage and usage instructions."

2. Submission Process:

"To request a refund, please email our customer support team at hello@nowbusupps.com within 100 days of your initial purchase. In your email, include your order number, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days."

3. Proof of Purchase Requirement:

"Please note that proof of purchase is required to be eligible for a refund. This can include your order confirmation email or receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase."

4. Return of Unused Product:

"If your refund request is approved, you will be required to return any unused portion of the product or empty bottles. Instructions for returning the product will be provided by our customer support team. Return shipping costs may apply."

5. Refund Processing:

"Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed. Please allow 21 business days for the refund to appear in your account."

6. Limitations and Exclusions:

"This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of NowBU supplement and is limited to one refund per customer. It does not apply to purchases made through unauthorized sellers or retailers. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above."

7. Fair Usage Reminder:

"While we are committed to customer satisfaction, we kindly ask that our guarantee be used in good faith. Abuse of this policy, such as repeated refund requests without valid reasons, may result in the forfeiture of eligibility for future refunds."

8. Discretionary Clause:

"Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of [Your Company Name] in extenuating circumstances. We are here to ensure your satisfaction with our product and are happy to address any concerns or issues you may have."

I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us within 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do this?

We always try our best to facilitate you, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.

My order is still not here please help?

If you order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will have your order resent.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.

Can I take this instead of HRT?

We view NowBU as a supportive option for those on HRT or unable to take it. It’s not a replacement for conventional HRT. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor.

Why are NowBU capsules larger than regular capsules?

At NowBU, we’re committed to providing you with the highest quality product, packed with as many beneficial ingredients as possible. To achieve this, we use 00EL size capsules, which are slightly larger than standard capsules.

The extra length allows us to include a more potent blend of the ingredients that support your well-being. This means fewer capsules for you to take each day, delivering more of the “good stuff” in each dose.
